Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £85.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 days. Some products (like certain roller skates and sizes) may take a little longer if we need to order them in from our wholesaler. In these cases, dispatch times will be clearly shown on the product page. Please note: we can only place wholesale orders once payment has cleared (usually 2 working days).

Can I return an item?

Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. We hope to add international delivery in the future.

Are products covered by warranty?
