Processing & Dispatch Times
Most items are shipped directly from our UK suppliers. This means your order is usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Some items are held in stock and ship directly from us.
If an item is temporarily out of stock with our supplier, dispatch may take a little longer (typically 7–14 days). We’ll always let you know if this applies to your order.
We normally ship all items together in one parcel. If you’d like items sent separately, please contact us (extra postage charges may apply).
UK Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the UK only.
Small items (laces, bearings, small accessories):

Standard (2–4 working days): £2.95

Express (1–2 working days): £4.95
Medium items (helmets, pads, protective gear):

Large items (roller skates, boots, bulky items):

Delivery Services
We use a mix of Royal Mail, DPD and Evri, depending on the parcel size.
All orders are tracked, and you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Local Delivery / Collection
We offer free pickup at:

Greenbank Sports Academy (Liverpool) — Saturdays between 11:00am–12:00pm
-
New Ferry Village Hall (Wirral) — Wednesdays between 8:30pm–10:00pm
We will confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Please note: if you order on a Thursday or Friday, your order may not be ready until the following Saturday (depending on wholesaler dispatch times).
Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts
Our couriers will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again to resend — even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, please allow:

10 working days (after dispatch) for Royal Mail deliveries.

7 working days (after dispatch) for DPD or Evri deliveries.
After this time, we can raise a claim with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Notes

We do not currently ship internationally.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
