Yes! If you skate with us at Greenbank Sports Academy (Liverpool) on Saturdays between 11am–12pm, or at New Ferry Village Hall (Wirral) on Wednesdays between 8:30pm–10pm, you can select Free Pickup at checkout. I’ll bring your order along to the next session

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 days. Some products (like certain roller skates and sizes) may take a little longer if we need to order them in from our wholesaler. In these cases, dispatch times will be clearly shown on the product page. Please note: we can only place wholesale orders once payment has cleared (usually 2 working days).

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.

At the moment we only ship within the UK. We hope to add international delivery in the future.

Yes — all products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience a fault, please contact us and we’ll help arrange a replacement or repair.
